I would contact SanDisk support or BestBuy Geek Squad to help you with this issue. If it's something else I would still contact tech support.

To do this go to settings-Device Management-Storage and see if the drive shows up. If it does, reformat it through the phone to make it useful. If it does not show up, then it may not be supported.
