Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, this should fit, as long as your existing drive is a 2.5" Hard drive, or you have an open 2.5" hard drive bay. If your laptop uses an M.2 form factor drive, this will not work. It looks like the Inspiron 7000 is available with 2 hard drives, so I would guess that it has both a 2.5" bay and an M.2 slot on the motherboard. If your laptop currently has a 1TB Hard drive, this drive should replace it. If it has a 256GB hard drive, you would have to check. If that drive is a 2.5", this would replace it. If it's an M.2, this would become the D: drive after installation and formatting.
