• It may work depending on the PS Vita, it works flawlessly with android devices. Not sure if the PS Vita is android powered or not.

• I would think if you are able to add a micro sd card to the Vita, and be able to interact with that, then you might be able to do the same with this. Take your Vita with you to Best Buy, and get one of these, and try it. If it doesn't work, return it and get your money back. Good luck.
