“When installing a shelf, are the screws only used in the front or are screws used to attach the rear of the shelf as well. Just curious as to how a shelf can hold the weight of some of the amps out there. They can be pretty heavy. Thanks.”

Hello Shelves, These attach the front with screws, but the design has these so that the shelves slide into specific "slots" to make this sturdy and locked into place to hold your equipment!
