QuestionIs their a Sanus bracket that works with this Full-motion bracket to mount my Sonos Arc Sound bar so that it will swivel with the TV? If so, how far out will the Sonos Arc protrude from the wall?

- Answer Hello, This mount should be compatible with your TV. The TV has a 200 x 200 VESA pattern and weighs 18lbs. QuestionI bought this mount for my TCL 55" tv, will it work? The tv model# does not come up when checking the mount finder (model # 55s453) the 2 other model #'s come up 55s451 and 55s455.

QuestionI have a 70 inch mounted and would like my sound bar to move with the TV/Mount. Is there a soundbar mount recommended to use with the Sanus Mount?

- Answer Sanus dose make a mount to use with there tv mount. I purchased a mount on line for my beam and hooked it to my previous mount. With the Sanus mount it would not work because it had no mounting holes at all. So I used the 4 holes from my tv stand to hold the bracket. You just need to buy some longer matching small bolts. Mine were 4mil metric.

QuestionThe installation is secure but movement is stiff. From the literature, it seems I need to use a tension knob to make the TV glide more. However, I don't seem to be able to find it! Please advise how to get a replacement. Thank you!

- Answer Hello, The tension knob directions are on page 12 of the instruction manual, under the section titled "Tilt Adjustment". Use the provided hex key to to tighten or loosen the knob. If you have any questions you can call 1-800-359-5520 for installation help. Thanks, Nate @ SANUS

QuestionHow much vertical wall height is required to mount this? I have a large mantle and above that just 17” of wall between mantle and large built in mirror with molding….height of product says 17.8”, another Q&A says wall plate is 14.5”. Am I going to be ok?

QuestionHow far out does it extend?

- Answer The TV extends as far as I need it too...BUT...I had to spend $80 extra for longer cables ( HDMI and optic audio) You may also be limited on the range of extension because of the position of the power cable on the TV as well as the wall. The TV will only extend as far as the cable's slack.
