“Spacers won't allow screws to catch on Samsung 50" I just bought a Samsung 4K 50" tv and was sold a Sanus full motion wall mount that holds up to a 50" inch. I was told by the salesman that this mount would for sure fit the tv, seeing that we had already mounted everything with the tv we bought previously, but returned. After getting the tv home and trying to assemble the brackets, the spacers won't allow the screws to catch, therefore, they aren't long enough. What size spacers or length of screw could I purchase to secure the bracket?”
