A:AnswerThe answer is YES. It is working out perfectly. The reason we bought it is that the box the TV was in had NO stand to use with our new TV. Best Buy then supplied us with the above stand. My son put it together in just a few minutes and we have been enjoying our wonderful TV ever since.
A:AnswerIt Should work! comes with a lot of hardware, I mean a lot to fit flat back and round back TV's. and the bracket slots should accommodate any space or spot on the back of the TV.
A:AnswerThe Sanus is a stand not a wall mount, however, you use the wall mount screw holes on the back of your tv to attach it to the stand. The hardware provided allows you to adjust for the spacing of the mounting holes on your tv
A:AnswerThe material is steel and it is heavy on the base to hold the tv. It's actually pretty big around the base and bar but not too high which is perfect for high closest.
A:AnswerI don't know? The stand might give you the 4" you need. But the Stand mounting bracket/setup might not be large enough to fit your mounting holes on the back of the TV being that large. This stand is suppose to handle up to a 60"TV. It's a heavy duty stand but the brackets my only work with up to 60".
A:AnswerGood Day,
Yes, this should fit 60" LG TV but you should still grab the model number and plug it into the MountFinder tool on BestBuy.com just to be sure. Let us know if you need anything else.
Thanks,
Jake @ SANUS
A:AnswerWe are using this base with a 55" TV on a 44 X 16 inch cabinet. While the base extends a bit past the back edge of the cabinet it seems very stable.
A:AnswerBest Buy personnel did not recommend this stand. I did a little research on line and felt that this stand would work best for my needs. The stand is well made and was easy to setup. The stand has a wide metal base and sufficient weight to make it stable. It also can be adjusted vertical up to 9 inches and can be rotated 20 degrees right or left. All in all a well made product which will serve you well.
