What card do I use to hook up my phone to my TV? null

This will not work for a TV. It is designed for microphones, mixers and other audio sources into an iPhone or iPad. If you are trying to record the output of a TV, you could hook up the headphone output (if yours has one, most don't) to this cable and then into your iOS device. But that is not its recommended use.
