Q: Can I connect from my iPhone, to my stereo and stream the music onto the existing speakers?

A: No, it is designed specifically for microphones to be inputted into iOS devices. For what you want to do you're much better off getting the Apple 3.5mm Lightning adapter and a short 3.5mm stereo cable, it should be around the same price for both items and you can also choose what length of 3.5mm cable you need.

Q: Do you have anything to hook my iPhone to my car stereo a cable adapter

A: This would not work, but you could use an Apple Lighting to 3.5mm adapter and a short 3.5mm TRS cable to output the sound to your stereo. I would ask a Best Buy employee to assist you in getting the right adapter and cable for your needs, but if you follow what I said there you could easily search and find them too.

Q: Is this what I need for my Chevy auxillary it is setup for iphone I have a android phone

A: This will not work for that purpose. Its is designed to input microphones into an iPhone or iPad.

Q: What card do I use to hook up my phone to my TV?

A: This will not work for a TV. It is designed for microphones, mixers and other audio sources into an iPhone or iPad. If you are trying to record the output of a TV, you could hook up the headphone output (if yours has one, most don't) to this cable and then into your iOS device. But that is not its recommended use.
