QuestionDoes this TV stand have holes in the back for cord management?

- Answer The Best Buy crew set mine up with all of my media equipment. I cannot see any exposure of the cords, I believe there are areas that were specifically for the cords. I love my TV stand, i have never been crazy about wires showing from a TV on the wall. This stand has nice storage as well for books or other items.

QuestionCan the top shelf, and legs for it, be left off?

- Answer It's been awhile since I purchased this and I had Geek Squad assemble it. I guess you could leave them off but you would have the pre-drilled holes in the top showing. There would also be the pre-drilled holes in the bottom but they wouldn't show. Good luck. It is really a nice looking piece.

QuestionWhat is the interior width of the side cabinet shelves? I'm wondering if I can place electronics that need to "see" an IR remote signal there, in addition to the middle shelf.

- Answer The side shelves with the glass doors are 14" wide. Also, remember that the top 2 drawers pull out as one and the front lifts up to expose any electronics that may be inside. That shelf is apprx 24" wide. Hope this helps.
