- Answer With the magnet on the inside of the Otterbox, it is not strong enough to hold the case on the mount when you hit any kind of bump in the road.

- Answer I just left a bad review for this product. But I did at one point have a smart case on my iPhone and the place of the magnet isn’t great cause of the jump in the phone. It hangs over.
