No. You may be able to get HDhomerun Prime to work for you but not sure. This device is for OTA signal. Way of saving money.

It most likely does not. The HDHomeRun SCRIBE is primarily designed for Over the Air TV using an antenna. It does also support something called "clearQAM" which is cable that does not require a cable box; however both Verizon and Spectrum most likely do not provide that form of cable anymore.
