Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not see why it would not work with that specific computer or any other computer with any version of Windows with a 3.5 bay. It is a sata hard drive so it should be able to use your built in sata connection and work just fine.

However, you will probably need to reinstall some or all of your HP-based programs or software manually onto the new hard drive (HP Support Assistant software and such). I know HP has their own system add-ons but I am not familiar with them.
