• Should be fine. Just use a good migration software to clone the drive.

• I would think it would. I installed the 240 GB SSD in my Mac Mini (2011) and it worked beautifully. Boots up much quicker now and programs load fast. I used a USB to Sata adapter cable to transfer the system to the SSD, then swapped drives.

• Most likely it is. I read so many reviews on other forums and they say that it will. Even if it doesn't, the best part is best buy will return your money if you returned it in 15 days.

• I'd expect it would, if you can get to your mini's HDD bay. I put one in a macbook pro the other day.
