- Answer Yes, but keep in mind only game downloads and updates. Screen shots, videos, and game saves still go on your normal memory

- Answer My experience was, that you lose everything!! How long did you have it? You might be able to email WD and complain and see if they will, at least look at it. I always purchase extend warranties after that CLUSTER- JAM. !! Good luck, I know it suxx to lose everything. Blown through a few of them. It seems that 2tb n 4tb might be just too big of a drive to work properly.

QuestionWe have a ps4 for that was my oldest sons that has died but his younger brother plays. Along with him went the passwords. If I buy one of these will the games transfer or will I need the password to use and expand memory?

- Answer Probably not as when you plug it into the PS4 you need to format it to use as the expanded storage. When formatting it wipes the drive clean first
