- Answer I’m quite sure that anyone that can legally ride an e bike can ride this one. Most 14 year olds probably can ride this since they ride farm tractors, 4 wheelers, boats and all kinds of watercraft at a younger age. The real question is - is the 14 year old mature and responsible?

QuestionI have trouble going up the streets near me that have a large inclines (over 20 degrees). I live in Virginia, where it is legal to have an ebike that does 28mph, is there a way to get more power for these inclines? I am willing to purchase more if needed

QuestionDoes this require any additional tools to remove from its box and interior metal crate, or are the included tools enough?

- Answer Yes, the frame that the moped comes with would require 11 mm hex socket screw (or Wrench) to remove the bolts locking the frame with each other.

QuestionIf I am going to leave the scooter for six months or so is it better to unplug the battery completely or plug the battery into the mains?

- Answer Segway official answer is unplug the battery and charge it every two months, the ECU backup battery will still drain the battery if you plugged in to the bike

- Answer By default, is Kph but you CAN change to Mph in the app, I have changed it from day 1

- Answer This is a class 2 e-bike you don't need to register with DMV, but to your question; no it does not come with a "Certificate of Origin" in the US market, it does however in China

QuestionOn the app I changed it from metric to imperial & it did go from km to mi on the app. But the dashboard still seems to show my speed in km because it goes to past 20 every ride. How do I change that?

- Answer These pedals are to bypass government requirement to make this scooter a class 2 e-bike and a backup in case battery die, you will not want to pedal this 120lb scooter manually
