• These are excellent for TV viewing and video games. However, they do not have a microphone so your son wouldn't be able to talk to anyone in a game chat with these. Similarly, they terminate in a 3.5mm jack so your son's TV or Playstation controller would need a headphone jack in order to use these.

• That's all I use them for. I hook them onto my Roku 3 , and usually listen to Netflix. They are very clear , light, and will adjust. Very comfortable. I am very happy with them. Wait for a good sale.
