• The big thing is that these are open-backed, while the DT 770 Pros are close-backed. There's really no comparison. These headphones are very neutral, meaning they don't amplify bass like so many headphones do these days, Bose, Beats, etc. So it is nice to have the genuine sound, not something that your cans are altering. But, with them being open-backed, you get a ton of sound from your environment that can also affect your listening experience. These are going to sound nothing like your DT 770s. But they are excellent, probably higher-quality phones.
