I do not believe so, But from what I looked up just now on 3/24 you would need a secondary HDR 175 Headphones, like the ones that came with the system.

If your TV has Bluetooth connectivity, you can connect these headphones that way. If your TV or RS175 has a sound out or headphone out jack, you can plug these headphones directly into either with the cable provided with the headphones. It does not use battery when connected like this. You many need an extension cable if your aunt's chair is far from the tv. BUT you would have to be careful since you would not want your aunt to trip over the cable.
