Just had this problem with our HDR 120 wireless headset. The problem was that the TV volume was set too low. The green power light was not coming on. Boosted the TV volume to what would be fairly loud, and the green power light came on. Hunted for signal using the tuning knob and located the signal easily. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The green light will come one if you connect the transmitter in the right place, AND make sure that the volume of the TV is set to medium to high. You cannot mute the TV or lower the volume, if you want the unit to work. The second thing, you need to use the channel search slide (or button) on the headset. If this doesn't work either, try to switch channels on the transmitter itself, and start again. Each time, turn the headset off then on. Also, the headset will not work if they are not fully charged (place them in the cradle and make sure that the red light turns on, leave them there for 16-18 yours. If, after that, you turn the headset on and leave it off your head for a long time, they will turn off by itself to save power. Turn them off then on from their power switch, and make sure that the green light is on on the transmitter.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for your question. The HDR 120 needs to be charged to the base or have batteries included. If it is your first time using the headphone you will want to fully charge the headphones (takes about 6 hours or so).
