QuestionCan these headphones be used with multiple televisions? Same or different brand tvs?

- Answer Thank you for your question. The answer is Yes. The Sennheiser RS120 has muliple connection options. The RS 120 comes with RCA jacks (red and white outputs), 1/8" and 1/4" headphone sockets (anything with a headphone jack including laptop and desktop computers.

QuestionI Have 2 tvs. One is a 48 inch and the other a 54 inch screen. both tvs are hd. how would this headphone set work in terms of a hook up to either tv?

- Answer I don't think the size of the tv matters. I hooked the "charger-connection" box to the Direct TV DVR. There was 2 ports available, 1 for right side & 1 for left. Sound is perfect. Charger sits behind a plant & when headsets are not in use you just hang them on charger. Not ugly.

- Answer That's actually a nice feature. The base unit has a metal rack that the headphones sit on and the headphones have a metal portion on them that contacts the rack...so the rechargeable batteries are charged when the headphones are placed on top of the base unit.

- Answer You can order the HDR 120 from Best Buy. The HDR 120 is the headphone-only and works seamlessly with an existing RS 120.

- Answer I don't remember the type, but they look to me like the size of double A batteries and they are rechargeable just by setting the headphones back on the base unit. I like the batter set-up as I don't have to keep putting new batteries in the thing all the time.

- Answer Yes, they do. I have one at home and works perfectly fine at long distance with my TV late at night, when everyone's sleep. Just hook to the Audio-Out jack in the back of your TV or cable box (but if you do the one from TV you'll be able to use it for your DVDs, and Video Games as well as Cable, etc.

Questionusing rs120 sennheisers with an iphone 5ci am seeing conflicting answers to the question "can i use these rs120 wireless headphones with an iphone 5c?" one person says yes, one says no.......which is it? i want to go on walks with my dog and listen to music from my iphone, and my earbuds don't stay in my ears.

- Answer Thank you for your question. Technically you can use your iphone with the RS120, but the source (iphone would need to be plugged into your phone, so its not ideal). The RS120 is really designed to plug into TV's and Stereo systems. Sennheiser does sell wireless headsets that can be used with your phone (Bluetooth). They range from 150-400 depending on what you are looking for. The nice thing is that you can take calls on them too. Check out our website and view the MM series of products www.sennheiserusa.com

QuestionGreen light on the transmitter, base?When I plug the transmitter into my receiver the green light on the base comes on but after a bit it goes out. When it’s off I cannot get the frequency tuned into the station. Do you know why the light doesn’t stay on?

- Answer Hello, The green light will turn on when it is receiving an audio signal. If no audio, or low volume, the unit does not turn on to transmit the signal. A common mistake is the audio connection not going to a spot on the TV that says audio OUT PUT. If it just says audio at the connection, then the TV will not send signal from there. So you want to make sure it is labeled as output when making connection. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks

- Answer Hello- These headphones were not designed to block a lot of ambient noise. Rather, the open-aire system is used intentionally to reproduce the best possible audio across the entire frequency spectrum.

- Answer These headphones and your Wi-Fi unit will not interfere with each other. They operate on totally different frequencies.

- Answer Yes, you can simply plug the transmitter's audio cable into the headphone plug of the nano (adapter is included with the wireless headphones) and then the audio is broadcast wirelessly to the headphones. Its easy to do.

Questiondo these come with rca adapters.My new tv, lg, does not have a headphone jack. I was told by the cable company that I would need to plug into the cable box(white and red ports). Said I would need a an rca to female headphone jack to make wireless headphones work? Do these headphone have these rca adapters? If not, what do I need to purchase to make these phones work? thank you, jim.

- Answer We strongly recommend that if you want to use this unit overseas, that you purchase a new one from that country. The reason for this is that all RS units operate on frequencies specified by the local government, and to prevent a security issue or liability you'll want to either check with that government first or avoid the possibility of interference altogether. Further, our power supplies and electronics have been optimized for use on the 110-120V, 60 Hz circuits. Best Buy and Sennheiser only sell US versions of this product including power adapters and cables in the US.

- Answer Yes, each has a volume control. Our friend who highly recommended them wears hearing aids but does not have to while watching tv because he uses his RS 120 headset!
