Will these block out exterior noise? null

Hello- These headphones were not designed to block a lot of ambient noise. Rather, the open-aire system is used intentionally to reproduce the best possible audio across the entire frequency spectrum.

If you are asking if these are noise blocking headphones, well, no they are not. They sit on your ears, they do not enclose them. I would think with volume adjustment the sound should be fine, but I don't know what background noise you are trying to block out.
