I have found that sometime I need to disconnect from my phone to pair to another device. So pair with phone then disconnect and tell phone to forget device this works for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If the headphones are connected to your phone (via Bluetooth) then they can’t connect to other devices. I found I had to shut off my Bluetooth connection on my phone in order to connect my headphones to another device,
