- Answer Audio reaches the Jaybird ear buds via Blue Tooth. The Jaybird RUN ear buds do not have a microphone and are not designed for a conversation.

QuestionCan these headphones with microphone be used on my smart phone for everyday business phone calls? Would I need any adapter? Also, does it have any built-in volume control ?

- Answer It does have built-in volume control in the USB sound card, however, no they do not work with a Smart Phone. When you remove it from the sound card the connection is a Micro USB which I found to be so stupid but nothing we can do about it. I do not recommend this headset for everyday use. Its designed very specifically to fit the nitch of a PC gamer and that's it.

- Answer I tried to use them and it did not work very well. The sound was even lower than on my PC and the mic quality is horrible. Its not worth it.
