A:AnswerHello Bonnie,
Thank you for sharing the experience you've had with your Vacuum. We're disappointed to learn that the soft roller is collecting too much hair and causing dust to blow out, this isn’t the experience we want our customers to have, and we understand how frustrating that must be. We’d love the opportunity to assist you. Please give us a call at 1-855-427-5127, where one of our product specialists will be happy to help. We’ll also be sure to share your feedback with our development team as we continue working to improve our products.
Kind regards,
Shark Clean

A:AnswerThe weight is 18.48 lbs for the unit and the Auto-Empty Dock. To clean filters, rinse them with water only. Allow all filters to air-dry completely for up to 48 hours before reinstalling to prevent liquid from being drawn into electric parts. Clean the pre-motor filters at least once a month and post-motor filter at least once a year. Tap off loose dirt between washes when needed. More frequent cleaning may sometimes be necessary with heavy use.
A:AnswerIsn't the whole point of this one that then the contents of the dustbin in the vacuum gets automatically sucked into the base unit? Into what, is what my question is? A bag that keeps it contained when you throw it out, or just a larger plastic bin that makes dust plumes and spillage potentially larger and messier when you have to dump that bigger, dirtier thing out?
