“Our Sharp Household Microwave Oven Model# R-414HS just started sparking. We'd like to get one exactly like it but no-one carries that model anymore. It was 1100 wat and 1.4 cubic. We really like the look of it. Any suggestions?”

Sparking is generally caused by a problem with the wave guide cover - usually means the cover got food particles on it and then burned thru. Good news is you can easily and cheaply replace the cover. That's what we did and it extended the life of our Sharp. Just Google it.
