- Answer There is no rotating tray. I believe they accomplish the evenness of the heating in other ways now. We have not noticed any hot spots so far. Really nice microwave.

- Answer Hello, the door of the unit should not be removed to clean the unit. To clean the unit you may use a lint free cloth with a non abrasive cleaner to thoroughly wipe the surface of the unit.

QuestionQuestion Sharp 1.2 cf drawer undercounter microwave. Outside insert dimensions in our cabinet = 27w x 16h, Counter depth 23.5. Will the 24” or 30” fit? Is it measured on a diagonal like a TV? Do you have an insert to make it fit built in cabinet opening

- Answer Hello, the product dimensions for the SMD3070AS unit is 30” x 15 7/8” x 23 1/64” (w x h x d). The cutout dimensions are 28 7/16” x 15 9/16” x 23 1/2” (w x h x d). If the space that you have does not meet the dimensions mentioned then the unit will not fit. Another model you may take a look at is the SMD2470AS.
