“Why did they remove the option to shut the beeping off?! Super loud early in morning or late at night. I may have to return for this reason alone..Why is display panel impossible to read? Even in a well lit room we can’t see the settings..at all!”

I don't quite know about the beeping off thing you are referring to , but i do know that they did away from the thing constantly beeping after cooking was done. That's a relief. Display setting thing, I have never experienced that problem. Good luck. If it works good , just be Happy.
