QuestionThe door does not always open properly. Sometimes I end up pushing it 8-10 times before it opens, but if you push and pull and the same time, then it works. Other times it works flawlessly. Is this a known issue or a defect in my oven?

- Answer My Mother's (different brand) occasionally does the same thing. Cleaning the door latch helps fix that issue with hers for a while.

Questionno way this microwave is 19 inches high and 13 inches deep!! it has a 16 inch turntable, and the pictured height is much less than the pictured width. bad specs do not instill buyer confidence! i think you’ll want to fix this asap given black friday

QuestionIs this microwave actually over 19" high? In looking at the picture, and seeing the width, it seems shorter. My cabinets hit at exactly 19 inches so this model may not be appropriate for my kitchen. Thank you.

- Answer The answer from Sharp has the height and depth reversed. The 16.5 inch diameter platter would not be able to fit in the oven if it was less than 17 inches deep.

QuestionHi. My Sharp carousel 2.2cu ft microwave is working just fine but has issue with the bulb. It either flickers or doesn’t work at all. It’s difficult to monitor since it’s so dark inside. What is your suggestion? Is it reparable or should I replace it?
