A:AnswerMight as well throw it away. I had the same problem with the same stereo I purchased in Dec. 2015. Sharp told me they don't have parts to fix them. Offered me a refund if I would sign a release and send the stereo back. I did that but still don't have a refund!
A:AnswerSomebody from the manufacturer actually called me with the answer after reading the question (so that's good service). The problem is--according to this person--a too-weak signal. The solution is to get a better antenna.
