Yes, you can plug in any of the devices that you mentioned and they will work. It has 3 HDMI inputs for this. We didn't use the stand as we mounted it on a wall. But, the stand is actually two pieces- one on each side- and each one has two legs. So it seems that it would be very sturdy considering that the TV is extremely light.

I'm using it with an AppleTV and a Wii U. It is energy star certified. Estimated yearly energy cost is $9. It will work with your computer if your computer can output to HDMI. The stand is sturdy as it extends perpendicular to the tv and is about 4 inches long on each side.

I initially bought the samsun model from amazon also 32 inches 1080P but since this one has 3 HDMI with headphones jack and cheaper....well it was a no brainer. Yes Chromecast works easily. Using it with HDMI and powering it with the TV's USB.
