• 38 1/16, 40" or 41" should do the trick.

• 38 and 1/4" edge to edge. I have the same TV (and a similar space problem). Also, the height is 23 and 7/8" including the stand...

• Well the bezel is only an 1" thick but the back extends a little more so I would say its probably in total 2 to 3 inches..
