• yes it should be like watching it on any other device as long as your internet connection speeds are high enough then you should have no problem you just lose the feature of not being able to fast forward if you lose internet connection TWC APP still has alot of kinks they need to work out. Also you should DL TWC Remote on your phone so you can use pause feature that feature is only for the main box.

• Yes, the TWC app is available. I don't have TWC, so I haven't attempted to use it, but the application is there for you.
