• While watching press the * button to adjust settings. Go to "advanced picture settings". Go to "picture size". Then select "stretch" or "zoom".

• While watching a program you hit the * button to get the picture options. Then choose "Advanced Picture Settings". There should be a "Picture Size" option there to adjust picture size to fill the screen.
