CNET says it is "great" at around 30ms. I had the same question and had to dig deep to find it. We use it to play FIFA16 on a PS3 my sons are highly ranked, and say there are no problems. I think 30ms was faster than my Bravia 2015. Picture quality and sound quality are good to pretty good, just not excellent like my Bravia. I really like the TV especially with the Roku functions, excluding the CNBC channel, which is woeful with just a few videos compared to the CNBC channel for AppleTV.
