• An HDMI cable if you need it for your cable box. Otherwise it is plug in and go for Netflix and other streaming apps.

• yes they never come with HDMI cables

• The TV comes with power cables and since it uses wireless internet, that is all you need to set-up the TV. If you want to connect to other devices, you will need to bring your own HDMI and composite cables.
