• Yes, with the proper size mounting kit for a 43" tv you may mount it to a wall.

• yes with the proper kit and make sure that you get a wall mount that will hold more weight then the actual T.V weighs and factor in you moving the T.V around for that also adds more pressure like pushing and pulling invest in a name brand mount and read the total weight capacity don't forget the earthquake straps

• Yes, but a wall-mount does not come with the TV. You can purchase a mount easily online or in-store for a fairly good price.
