Yes it works well. It still has the standard hook ups!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can't say on the Atari part, but it had several HDMI connection ports, so as long as you have the right cords, it should work with a regular DVD player. It also had the colored ports too (red white and yellow matching cords). Hope that helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As long as you have the correct inputs, the devices should work. Your Atari likely connected via co-axial cable (antenna port). The DVD player will work, just don't expect it to play media that it couldn't before. IE, it will work for DVDs as always, but a new TV doesn't make it work with BluRay or 3D all of a sudden.
