A:AnswerI've had a Roku account for more than 3 years and when I bought this Sharp - Roku 43 inch TV I simply transferred my existing account from a Roku 2 to this and no one ever asked me to set up initially or in transfer an account with MONEY involved although it is tied to a credit card so that in the event I choose to add channel which require a fee, they can bill me. Are you certain this was not a scam? I'd call Sharp CS to confirm.
A:AnswerCould be that your router's security is set too high or it's an older model. I suggest setting the IP address on the TV to static and see if that helps with your connection.
A:Answerno. this tv does not swivel. the legs are stationary and wide to provide better stability. i find it nicer than tvs mounted in middle since i have 2 toddlers who visit my house.
A:AnswerIf you have the warranty on it, I would cal geek squad and or Best Buy and have them check it out. I haven’t had the problem but sounds like a manufactor default. Good luck!
A:AnswerAny universal mount that Best Buy sells with a 50 pound support rating will work fine provided to you secure it properly into the wall. Find the vertical wall studs and screw into them (16 inches on center) and pre-drill the screw holes and screw it in tightly. Drywall expansion screws are NOT recommended. I live on an earthquake fault line and get nervous about those. Remember, the TV you save will be your own.
A:AnswerIf it is still on sale for that price then yes, yes you can. Or if there is a raincheck in place , that would work too. Good luck with everything if you decide to go for it.
