“Different remote needed Is there a remote available that will work with the smart functions and allows the input of channel numbers directly instead of scrolling through all cannels? Had this TV for four days, love the TV totally dislike the remote. It is a deal breaker and are intending to return the TV if we can' t find a better alternative. Would appreciate any assistance. (We use antenna input for our signal.)”

No ability to input channel numbers unfortunately. But the best thing they offer is using the left button to show you a list of all your channels and being able to jump to another channel that way without having to scroll through each channel...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Using a universal remote may help but you will still need to use the remote that came with your TV. I actually thought very easy for a child to use since its very basic But I do agree maybe in the future they may develope a more universal remote

I wanted to let anyone else with the same question know that that accordind to Sharp CS, there aren't any solutions to entering TV channels. A universal remote won't work either.
