• We use "rabbit ears" and have no problem receiving the local TV channels. There is a place on ROKU that allows you to choose regular TV, DVD player (if you have one hooked up) or go to a channel on ROKU

• Yes, that's what my husband and I have. We don't have cable, bought a $12 antenna and are able to stream local channels and easily flip back to our Roku channels. It also offers a "preview" screen on the apps, so you can see what channel you left your antenna on.
