You'll need to access the apps with the "Smart Central" button located on the remote. Also, the TV will need to be connect to the internet via WiFi or Ethernet to the back of the TV. We apologize but while additional applications may be added by future firmware updates this TV does not have the capability to add applications. We would recommend connecting a 3rd party device to the TV that has Pandora capability.
