A:Answer The best one will do to get a FULL user manual is to read these comments on this television. This tv is considered an exclusive. Exclusive to whom, I don't know because Hisense/Sharp would not say. That is why there is no support for this on-line.
For some reason they are refusing on giving out the manual. You may call that 888 number, they may tell you they will send it to your email but after three attempts, I still have received nothing.
One more attempt to talk to a supervisor on this matter. After that, I will contact Best Buy and let them know my displeasure with this product. They have to know about the manual problem. Plus they should tell their customers about this being some type of exclusive. Best Buy can look up my acct and see that I have bought many of things from them, I will think twice on future purchases.
Since Hisense is refusing to provide me with the documentation that I have PAID for, I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I will say the tv plays great so far. Only had it for 1.5 weeks.
