They sell the filters for this model on the bestbuy website. They're 80$ and last two years. It says 2-Count but they're one replacement package. (The carbon filter and the HEPA filter) I don't know if the retail stores stock them but I imagine you could always site-to-store them.

This is true, and plan on buying one sooner than 2years as advertised, the pre carbon filter does not work properly.

You can call Sharp customer service and if they dont have them in stock, they will refer you to one of their distributors. The HEPA filters are expensive but well made and designed extremely well by Sharp engineers. I think it's worth paying if you want to stop breathing in toxins

They are a bit pricey, however I haven't had to replace my filters yet and I have had my unit for about 8 months. The charcoal filter can be vacuumed or washed to be cleaned. The filters can be purchased on line at Best Buy or a few other outlets. As of now, Best Buy is sold out online.
