We have two bunnies at home and they hop around the house. I have to do vacuum everyday. The Sharp - Air Purifier helps me to filter extra dusts plus smells. You can see the attached pictures that filters were one month after I use it everyday 24/7 (medium level). After I took the pictures and I did first time vacuum for both filters, it works perfectly!

Unit advertises to be able to purify the area of a large room. However, I purchased this for my large 2-bedroom apartment, as I am allergic to my Rescued Basset Hound. In about 3 weeks, I stopped having asthma attacks and sneezing allergy fits! This product goes above and beyond what it claims it is capable of!

This is an excellent filter and I highly recommend it. It has a high CADR rating and traps dust really well. It is also quiet. The air is crisp in my room. The filters are expensive to replace but it's worth it for my health

Easy to remove from the box and well packaged. The filters are easy to install (the instructions are easy to follow). The front panel is secured by two lower clips, so they need to be pulled on, but no fear to break them, and need to be aligned to push back on. The power cord is long enough to place it where needed. The highest fan speed is strong enough deflect air off the ceiling and create a strong draft. The lowest speed is quiet enough for sleeping. The quick clean feature is good to start cleaning a room. After an hour of quick clean and at the highest fan speed, the room air was noticeably cleaner. I compared the air from this unit and a regular fan, and the difference was very noticeable. I prefer this unit as it does not create a highly ionized air and can keep a 300 square foot area clean (and I don't need to dust as often).

I purchased this to be used at work in my new office. Previously the ventilation in this office was questionable and odors were present, particularly near the air return in the ceiling. I selected the FPA60UW because we have three smaller Sharp units at home to filter out pet odors and persistent dust in our part of town that work great. The FPA60UW worked exactly as expected. It is sized to the new office and now visitors to the office can really tell the difference when walking back out into the hallway. Highly recommend it!

Well made air purifier. Easy to set up, only thing to do is remove the plastic film from the unit and its filters. Unit has two filters, one is a charcoal filter. Air purifier has 3 speeds. We leave the unit on low speed, since it is quieter. Let the unit run all night and have not had any problem. Nice feature of the unit is the night light (panel light) on it. You can turn this feature on or off. We have not changed any filters yet since we have not had the unit long enough. We would recommend the air purifier and find sleeping is a lot better. Glad we made the purchase.

I've i've had one of these units for over two years. I have running nonstop as I have bad allergies due to agent orange as well as respiratory problems. I purchased another one for my granddaughter as she has had difficulty breathing in the humid air in Florida . She no longer has to go to the allergist or get shots and inhalers. This is an exceptional unit at a reasonable price. Well done Best Buy!

First off it's very quiet. It was purchased as a gift for a newborn so it needed to be no louder than white noise. The house has a cat and a dog. Could not smell them on our last visit. And Best Buy was very nice about matching someone else's price (a store where I don't like to shop). Also , for the future, filter changes are infrequent and very easy to do.

Got this about 9 months ago. It definitely cleans and clears the air. The filter shows that it does the job well, even collecting some pet hairs. We dust less as a result of utilizing this product. --- However... these plasma-clusters seemed to give us headaches. The same thing happened to my friend when he got his unit, after recommending that he get this as well. We only use the unit when there is no one in the room, or when there isn't anyone in the room for a long duration of time.

This product I got from best buy. Definitely gave much more noticeably breathable and cleaner air. Easy to unpack, use, move around, and light. The air distribution of the unit has the air come in from the front and disperses the air through the top of the unit. Very nice for placements around more locations, as you don't have to worry about the space behind the unit as most of the other units require. A+ premium quality!

I have had my Sharp air purifier for well over a month now. I have a fairly large room and I keep my Sharp set on medium. The Purifier runs day and night and is very quiet. Have noticed less dust and pet hair in the room. Seems to be a very good product !

Turned it on and left it running at max speed on day 1 - over a month later with no interruptions, it's still performing like new. Really helped with indoor allergens, and even the noise at max speed was not a problem for me.

This unit is rated high, reasonably priced, quiet, efficient and does not require a new filter for two years so saves me money as well. I have been pleased with it's performance and I use it to cool and area as well. The stagnant air is refreshed with this unit.

This air purifier has been an excellent purchase. It is capable of removing odors and seems to keep the dust down. The best quality is the very quiet fan making it possible to watch TV while it is running. I would rate it excellent if it didn't require a fairly expensive filter replacement.

I have two indoor dogs, and it seems to help with the odor associated with them. It's a little noisy if you are used to complete silence - but nothing that you don't get used to quickly. I bought two of these - having an issue with one of them ( makes a 'zapp' noise). I requested that Sharp replace instead of 'fix' it since it happened within the first 10 days I owned it- and that seems to be a big deal. I had to send in my proof of purchase (which I did) - waiting to hear back....

I use this in a room that has three litter boxes that create a lot of odor and dust. Since installing this unit, the dust all over the room and in the air has been all but eliminated. I find it much nicer to sit in that room now. It is definitely an audible unit, but it is not much louder than my desktop computer so it doesn't bother me. This unit did not do anything for the odor from the litter boxes. I had to use a plugin air freshener. Otherwise, this was a great purchase to improve the air quality.

This product works better than I had expected! Does a great job filtering the air and is very quiet.

This unit seems to be a good performer for removing most dust and other particulates from small to mid-size rooms. I use the unit in the bedroom to help relieve my breathing problems which it does quite well. The only negitives I have found would be the cost of the HEPA filters and the rattling noise on high speed.

I have purchased 2 of these units now and I'm pleased with how well the work and how quite the units are, even on medium. They are used in my 2 bedrooms. Plus they are very energy efficient. Approx Power levels, will vary based on conditions Low 4 watts Med 10 watts High 50 watts I typically leave it on Medium most of the time, but don't expect it to filter a large room on Medium. One thing that is a must is to buy some cheap window air conditioner filter material from the local home store and use that as a pre-filter. Mine is approx 1/8" thick. Cut it to size using the carbon filter included as a template then start the machine up with the door off and place the filter material, then re-install the door. This way it captures the dust, and you can just wash and reuse it.

it is good purifier, our family is fully satisfied with it, does good job cleaning air and refresh. quiet enough on low speed.
