• Output is 34w for the front speakers (17w per channel) and 66w for the subwoofer for a total of 100w. This unit does NOT have a built in rechargeable battery. It is powered with either the supplied AC cord or 10 D size batteries. Description on the Best Buy web site and previous answers are incorrect.
