They sit right at your ear canal so it could be a problem. I'm sure there is probably a work around. You could slide it up your ear a bit and then move them back.

OpenDots ONE are not recommended for use with a traditional stethoscope because their clip-on design means they sit just outside the ear canal, which would interfere with placing the stethoscope's earpieces correctly.
