• A:Answer Hi there- Shokz here! We're sorry to hear this has been your experience. Before re-pairing, "forget" or remove the OpenMove from your phone or computer's Bluetooth list. To reset the Bluetooth connection on an OpenMeet (or similar) device, locate the dedicated Bluetooth reset button, usually found on the back or bottom. Press and hold this button until the LED indicator flashes, indicating initialization has begun, and then release it once the LED stops blinking to complete the reset.
