• A:Answer These solar panels seem to be useless under ANY temps. I don’t think it matters, as they are not making a difference for me. I live in the South and it’s not even cold yet. I’m still seeing my batteries drain daily and still needing to charge my batteries frequently…as if I don’t even have any solar panels connected. Would not recommend.

Q: QuestionWill this work with the original Simplisafe Indoor/Outdoor Camera?

• A:Answer I don't think it will work with the original SimpliSafe indoor cameras since these indoor cameras do not have any rechargeable batteries. I think these solar panels are for charging the rechargeable batteries installed inside the new SimpliSafe outdoor cameras.

• A:Answer There is a rubber cover on the back of the camera next to the setup button. Pry this up to expose the USBC connector. Plug in the connect, mount the solar panel and you're done.
