About $15/month for simple monitoring without interactive access to the smartphone app. OR about $25/month with access to the smart phone app. I went with the ability to access the smart phone app so I could arm/disarm the system for friends, neighbors, or landlords that may need to access my apartment.

$15 a month the basic and I believe $25 for the more advanced where you can use their mobile app.
